A panoramic restaurant for 90 people with a lobby bar and a summer terrace is located on the shore of a forest lake. It is prepared only from environmentally friendly products, all dishes are served "from under the knife." "Bumps" is the only place in Belarus where you can taste a whole collection of dishes prepared according to recipes of centuries-old exposure. The menu developed by the expert Elena Mikulchik is based on the best dishes of old Belarusian authentic cuisine.
In addition to the main menu, there is also a bath, hungover, children’s, dog’s, as well as a large number of “chips” that will pleasantly surprise any gourmet.
For cooking, methods are used to preserve the taste of the products and the maximum amount of nutrients.
Particularly noteworthy is the Bronislava furnace, designed according to old drawings. It prepares dishes by the method of long languor. In summer, part of the restaurant moves to the pier, where guests enjoy a panorama of the lake and the surrounding area.
